Event description

Description

The event will include a presentation from Tony Walker, Director of Service Delivery at Restorative Solutions CIC, who will give a presentation on Restorative Approaches and how they can be successfully used in the workplace to resolve conflict, grievances and complaints. This will include information on how the approaches can be used by managers to rebuild relationships between staff, change behaviour and improve the workplace environment for all. Case examples will be used and you will be introduced to restorative questions as an aid for managers.

This will be followed by a session from our employment law specialists, Oliver Tasker and Tom Martin, who will provide you with all of the tools you need to manage a complex grievance process borne out of a workplace dispute. This interactive section will guide you through a case study looking at alternative means of reaching a productive resolution, how to avoid potential pitfalls during the grievance procedure and options available to reach a final solution.

This will be a highly valuable event aimed at advising you on how best to maintain a cohesive and harmonious workforce, something which will significantly benefit your organisation long term.
