About this event

Anger is a normal emotion — but when it feels out of control, it can impact our wellbeing and relationships.

This online workshop is a safe, supportive space to explore your anger, understand what’s beneath it, and discover healthy ways to respond — not just react.

Using our Guide to Managing Anger workbook, we’ll work through:

*What anger is, what causes it, and how it shows up in the body and mind

*Practical coping and calming strategies you can use in the moment

*How to challenge unhelpful thought patterns that fuel frustration

*Tools for tracking triggers and patterns over time

*Reflection activities to build self-awareness and emotional control

This workshop isn’t about suppressing anger — it’s about recognising it, managing it, and learning to express it in healthy, constructive ways.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to understand their anger better, respond more calmly, or feel more in control during stressful situations.

This workshop is split over 2 sessions: 18th and 25th August 10am-11:30. You can attend either session or both. Each session will cover different information.

A link to access the online sessions will be sent to the email used to register for the workshop alongside our managing anger booklet.
