How to reduce your anxiety?

We all have various worries about certain things in life and this is perfectly normal as it is part of life learning to who we are. But sometimes these worry take over our lives and impacts our relationship with self and others. Sometimes we struggle to separate our self from anxiety and stress. We dismiss the resources we have around us to help manage our anxiety and stress.

This workshop aims to help build your confidence to deal with your anxiety and stress where we look at ways of making use of your anxiety. Then using different techniques and tools, to reduce anxiety and understand these feelings and make it works for you, all which will help you improve your relationship with self and others.

If you feel you have some of these symptom or simple want to become better equip in dealing with your anxiety and stress, then please join us.

The aims of the Workshop:

  • Understand what is stress vs anxiety
  • How to reduce and manage stress and anxiety
  • Tools and Techniques to manage anxiety

Workshop is for:

Anyone over the age of 16 and experiencing anxiety and stress that interferes with their everyday life or simply want to raise their awareness in this topic.

People who want to make a change in their lives, willing to participate in shared discussion and want to learn new methods to deal with their daily life better.

Booking:

Please book via Eventbrite. Please note as it a small group workshop we have limited space and will be first come basis so make sure you sign up soon or email us to put you on the waiting list.

Location:

Transport: Bus: H14 or Underground/Overground: Harrow-on-Hill and Harrow Wealdstone with 10/15 minutes’ walk to this location.

Parking: There is limited parking space, so please park at Harrow Civic Centre or St Ann’s or St George shopping centre car park.
