Managing Anxiety Workshop

During this interactive half-day workshop, Ashburnham Place therapist, Laura Steven, will be discussing the causes and physiological symptoms of anxiety, alongside its impact on our thoughts, feelings behaviours and lifestyle.

This will be followed by practical insights and techniques on how to soothe the nervous system, adjust our thoughts and consideration of how to maintain a more peaceful state of mind.

This workshop is open to all.
