This 3-hour workshop will help you to better manage changes. By the end of the course, delegates will have acquired:

• the skills and knowledge to effectively plan and implement change
• awareness of different change management strategies
• the ability to “sell” a change to stakeholders
• an understanding of the barriers to change and how to overcome them
