About this event

  • 3 hours

Given the current economic and social environment, it’s unsurprising that many organisations are undergoing a significant period of change. In this fully participative change management training course, we explore how managers can manage organisational and ‘people’ change, both professionally and positively for all concerned.

We take time to understand how individuals might respond to change, based on differences such as personal preferences, culture, or experiences etc. and how managers need to be observant to those responses, as well as confident to address any blockers to change.

We will also touch on some related skill sets essential when managing change, including adaptability, dealing with conflict, and supporting employees to build resilience.

Is this course right for me?

This course is suitable for managers who have some experience of change, even if they have not managed it before.
