About this Event

Conflict is not a bad thing. However, the way that individuals and organisations deal with it (or fail to deal with it) often is. Resolving conflict requires the use of effective communication skills, assertive behavior, problem solving and negotiating skills. This Module develop an understanding and self awareness of your preferred conflict management style and the communication and interpersonal skills required to manage, resolve and where possible preventing conflict.

  • A Conflict Management Styles Self-Assessment and a post module action plan.

Delivered through two 2½ hour seminars

Seminar 1 - 25th February @ 9.30am

Seminar 2 - 4th March @ 9.30am

Total investment for these two 2½ hour seminars is £190.

As we are keen to demonstrate that our Zoom and Microsoft Team Seminars are as interactive and fun as usual workshops.

The cost includes all pre and post Module materials (sent electronically), one to one support, feedback on action plans and studying membership with the Institute of Leadership & Management with full access to the on-line MyLeadership resources.
