The speaker Damian Warburton, a Senior Adviser with Acas will be sharing their knowledge, thoughts and insights gained throughout his career.
Speaker: Damian Warburton
Damian Warburton is a Senior Adviser with the North West area of Acas. He has worked for Acas for 20 years, and is a mediator and conciliator with extensive experience of settling individual and group disputes. Also, a trainer on Acas's accredited mediator training course.
In particular, acting as a facilitator of problem - solving working groups involving high level union and management representatives.
He is a qualified mediator who has been involved in the resolution of over 2,000 individual employment disputes.
He has designed and delivered training packages to large public and private sector bodies covering bullying & harassment, discrimination, conducting investigations, TUPE and discipline and grievance handling.
Specialties: Employment law, dispute resolution, union negotiation, change management.
