Managing Conflict in the Workplace
Event Information
Description
Managing Conflict in the Workplace
Not managing conflict in the workplace effectively can lead to significant costs for employers, both in terms of management time and legal costs as well as ongoing disruption in the business. With the abolition of employment tribunal fees resulting in a huge increase in employment tribunal claims, effective conflict management is of increased importance to employers.
To help employers put in place practical measures to deal effectively with conflict in the workplace, the Employment Law Team at Spencer Shaw in conjunction with the Trusted Coach Directory is pleased to invite you to a morning seminar where you can hear the Employment Law Team and experienced Executive Coaches provide practicable and accessible advice.

Trusted Coaches Patti Stevens and Steve Ridgley are delighted to present an interactive workshop:
'Getting the most from your Coaching Supervision'
A CPD session for coaches and supervisors.
‘Supervision is a place where a living profession breathes and learns….supervision can be a very important part of taking care of oneself, staying open to new learning, and an indispensable part of the coach’s ongoing self-development, self-awareness and commitment to learning’. Hawkins & Shohet
As coaches, our relationship with our clients is paramount. The posture or stance we take is fundamental. So who are you as a coach and what is your 'coaching signature'?
In this session we will use metaphor to explore these questions and get a glimpse of how a Coaching Signatures Profile® can be used to shine a light on the relationship a coach creates with their client.
