Damp and mould pose significant health risks for occupants which impacts living conditions and the overall quality of housing. In this webinar, we will discuss how implementing a proactive approach towards housing maintenance can help minimise risk, in addition to exploring the use of appropriate construction materials, insulation, ventilation and moisture control techniques through a “fabric first” approach towards retrofit helping eliminate damp and mould.
