Description:
This session is designed for retrofit installers from tier 1 to smaller SMEs. It is designed for a range of roles such as potential retrofit assessors, retrofit coordinators, project managers, resident support officers or installers. DNO connection issues can cause delays to retrofit projects. Surveyors, data modellers, installers and all areas of retrofit are welcome and invited to join. Roundtables are conversation lead and we encourage audience participation and for attendees to come prepared for discussions.
The aim is to help installers to:
1) Understand the DNO application process.
2) Understand and navigate risks around DNO application.
3) Understand your responsibilities.
4) Work effectively with housing providers on this topic to manage DNO applications for Warm Homes projects.
