Event description

Description

How are you creating Emotional Safety in the workplace?

Mental health problems in the workplace have serious effects not only for the individual but also for the productivity and competitiveness of environment, and thus the local economy as a whole.

Emotional safety in the workplace directly affects employee performance and rates of illness, absenteeism and staff turnover. Un-managed stress sickness and absenteeism can lead to substantial productivity losses.

This workshop provides an introspective and interactive learning session, establishing the importance of creating emotionally safe environments whilst breaking-down how continuous employee emotional resilience development directly improves how employees can self-manage workplace stress, and mitigates any reasons for absenteeism. You will not only define and measure your own emotional resilience, but see how social emotional skills affect how employees operate when under stress.
