Description

HR, Welfare, Health & Safety and Operations Professionals

Growing research is pointing you to the evidence which shows that the world of work is placing emotional strain on employees. Statistics show that in 2015/16 there were 11.7 million working days lost in the UK due to stress, depression and anxiety.

In your professional capacity, employers are looking towards you to mitigate this impact.

We've created a specialist CPD workshop for HR, Welfare, Health & Safety and Operations professionals to significantly up-grade their understanding of how to mitigate mental health issues at work, by developing a deep understanding of the emotional dynamics which directly impact upon the workplace, and the employees within them.
