Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session individuals will be expected to:
Have an increased knowledge and broader understanding of stress and anxiety and signs to look out for in your young person.
How to support your young person during the exam period
Have an increased awareness of the range of support and resources available in Hertfordshire, promoting access to early advice and support.
Target Audience:
- Parents & Carers whose young person attends school or lives in the county of Hertfordshire.

Training Etiquette: This training session will be delivered as a Meeting via Zoom. Please ensure your microphone is muted when others are speaking. You are welcome to turn your camera on, but please be mindful of your surroundings and that they do not distract from the session.
