A workshop for young people to provide guidance around exam season.

A workshop for young people to provide guidance around exam season. It is very normal for exams and tests to lead to anxiety, stress, and worry. This workshop is designed for young people to attend to provide guidance around preparing for and coping with exam season.

This session will take place via Zoom, you will be sent a joining link in your confirmation email which is the simplest way to join the session. Zoom can also be accessed by clicking the "View the Event" button on the reminder email and log into your Eventbrite account to access the event. More detailed instructions will be sent with your confirmation email, or can be accessed via the Online Events Page by following the instructions above.

Please note that attendees are not able to access their cameras and microphones throughout the workshop. Our main interaction tool throughout the workshop will be SLIDO where you can share written responses to questions. Slido is anonymous, but other users will be able to see what you have written. When answering questions please do not include personal or sensitive information such as names or anything that can identify you or your child. By using Slido, you are consenting to your anonymised responses being used in possible service evaluation, research projects, publications and/or promotional material. Our workshops are recorded and uploaded to YouTube, please be aware than anything shared on Slido may be included in a publicly accessible recording.
