During the workshop, you will explore different types of flexible working and explore the challenges - and opportunities - that working flexibly brings. You will learn how to balance the needs of individuals, teams and service delivery to drive high performance.

You will leave the workshop with practical tools and strategies to overcome some of the common challenges that flexible working introduces, and make flexible working work for everyone.

Are the sessions accessible?

MS Teams provides a range of accessibility features designed to support users with different needs, from live captions and transcription to customisable views and screen reader compatibility. If you have any additional needs to help you to get the most out of our session, contact our friendly team.

How many people will be on the workshop?

To ensure we have a good conversation and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and ask questions, there will be a minimum of 6 learners and a maximum of 20 learners per workshop.

Who are your facilitators?

Our facilitators are friendly, experienced practitioners focused on providing pragmatic, real-world learning experiences.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel up to 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
