About this event

Frailty is a condition marked by increased vulnerability to adverse health events and primarily affects older adults but also impacts other vulnerable groups.

Aimed at health and social care professionals, the event promotes shared understanding and best practices for managing frailty through integrated care. This year, the conference broadens its scope beyond older adults to include underrepresented groups such as those living with chronic conditions, learning disabilities, mental health issues, addictions, and homelessness—populations often overlooked yet significantly affected by frailty.

The overarching aim is to enhance knowledge and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.

This event will be sponsored by pharmaceutical companies who will have a stand that can be visited on the day.

When buying a ticket you are consenting for your contact information being sent to our sponsors after the event within an attendee list.
