Your presenter
Megan, our Head of Training & Development is passionate about providing as many individuals as possible with the skills and support they need to bounce back from the inevitable challenges we all face in life. She believes that we should not only be educating on the mental health illnesses themselves but also how to build our own personal resilience thus creating strong teams which in turn drive an increase in employee retention and improved mental wellbeing.
Megan is a qualified Life Coach and Education Professional and she supports individuals journal and discuss their experiences of grief, over the years she has found that on average, experiencing the loss of a loved one in someone’s early career has set them back up to three years. She is keen to improve the support in place for bereaved employees.
