Steven is a specialist in information management and digital transformation with more than 25 years of experience across the infrastructure, energy, government, and environmental sectors. His work focuses on Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), including rail, energy, water, and government property portfolios, as well as disaster risk modelling and reinsurance.

His expertise covers asset information management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), digital twins, Building Information Modelling (BIM), information governance, and digital change management. He has also delivered professional training and advisory services for leading industry and professional bodies.
