About the facilitator:
Dr Carys Sonnenberg has been a GP with an interest in women’s health for 25 years. She is an accredited menopause specialist with the British Menopause Society and runs her own private menopause clinic called Rowena Health. She is the co-author of the book Women’s Health Made Easy, to be published in 2025. She is experienced at speaking at national conferences, including the Primary Care Women’s Health Society and regularly teaches on courses for health professionals and women. She is passionate about offering education and holistic health care for women.
