About this event

As part of the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work Programme, we provide free Managing Mental Health in the Workplace (for managers) training . We encourage registered employers to send at least one manager in their workplace on this crucial training, as having trained managers in your organisation can help you drive forward wellbeing improvements and support your journey to Wellbeing at Work accreditation.

This half-day course, considers the importance of Mental Health to individuals and to business, provides tools to help managers understand mental health issues and improve communication in order to better support employees at work and to manage absence. The course encourages employers to create a mentally health workplace in order to promote wellbeing for all staff.

It is important that delegates booked onto this course are managers in their organisation (line manager, senior manager, middle managers, team leaders etc) and ensures that they can commit to attending the online half-day training session.

Please note, at this time each organisation can send up to a maximum of six delegates on the course.
