Midlife changes are no longer a silent issue in the workplace.Menopause and andropause are showing up in absence data, grievances, performance conversations and staff turnover. Yet too many managers feel unprepared, unsure, or unsupported in how to respond.

This 2-day CPD-accredited training programme (14 hours) gives HR professionals, line managers, L&D leads and organisational leaders the knowledge, skills and practical tools to address midlife changes lawfully, confidently and with dignity.
