Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or supporting a loved one, this event offers real-life insights, expert advice, and simple techniques to help you manage MS and support your wellbeing.What to expect:MS Nurse Ruth Stross will share practical advice on managing MS, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and what to consider when thinking about disease-modifying therapies (DMTs).Hear from Olympic athlete Lina Nielsen as she opens up about her own MS journey, how she balances training, and daily life, and how movement, diet, and mental resilience play a role in her wellbeing.Chronic illness coach Jordan Bone will offer tips for reducing stress, improving sleep, and introduce a practical wellbeing technique you can use straight away.There’ll also be time for your questions, with all speakers coming together for an interactive Q&A.This session is open to anyone aged 18–35 living with MS, as well as friends, family, or anyone affected by MS. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking for fresh tools to support your wellbeing, this event is for you.

What will I need to take part?All you need to join is a laptop, tablet, phone or computer with a stable internet connection. You can join with or without your camera turned on - whatever you feel most comfortable with.
