What kind of homework is required?
In order to get an ILM certificate you must submit materials that will be used as evidence that you have completed the course and assessed as meeting the standards required. Some of this will be handed in each day as output from that day's group or individual work, but some requires you to do some work in your own workplace (e.g.distribute a team questionnaire, analyse a job) and there are also two short reports required. Work outwith the 'classroom' will amount to approximately 5 hours at most.
