The purpose of the Managing Projects in an Organisation Unit of Level 5 Leadership and Management programme is to develop understanding and ability to be able to manage projects as required by a practising or potential middle manager.

what you'll learn:

  • ability to assess the usefulness of project management tools and techniques for managing a project within own organisation
  • understand how to plan the implementation of a project within own organisation
  • be able to communicate project plans with appropriate colleagues and stakeholders
  • understand how to implement the project plan, monitoring progress against targets

For an additional cost of £125 delegates are able to undertake the assignment for ILM Level 5 Managing Projects in an Organisation and on successful completion gain Unit Accreditation.

The course will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 10, 17 & 24 March 2026.
