This session is run in partnership with Salus, NHS Lanarkshire, Occupational Health Department. Salus is an NHS based provider of Occupational Health, Safety and Return to Work Services across the public and private sectors. It is the largest multidisciplinary service of the NHS and operates as a social enterprise model.

Scottish Government continue to encourage workplaces to support hybrid working by adopting a flexible return to work for their employee's between the home and office environment.

Remote, Hybrid and flexible working are now considered an integral part of how businesses conduct their business. However, working from home is not without its challenges.

This free workplace event aims to explore how to get the best out of managing Remote, Hybrid and Flexible working. It aims to explore the duties of both the employee and the employer, identifying ways of how they can work together to find reasonable workable solutions.
