It is vital that every business, especially small businesses, safeguard themselves and manage risks. But, in order to do this, you must first know the possible risks that your business faces, in order to minimise their threat and maximise their potential.
This Herefordshire Business Continuity Forum free breakfast event will be discussing risk management, safeguarding and the risks that businesses in the Herefordshire area could potentially face. IT Risk (Mark Lindley, Logiplex Solutions Ltd) - Logiplex Solutions supply and support IT solutions for homes, businesses and government organisations. Mark will use the varied experiences from this diverse client base to highlight current issues and risks whilst providing insights on how to mitigate against the inevitable and safeguard your key business data and information.
Reputational Risk (Jack McCaughtrie, Coretree) - As a social media advisor, and director of Core Tree, Jack is passionate about social media and helping businesses utilise their online presence. Learn how to manage your reputational risk and mitigate negative publicity.
Operational Risk (Steve Lambert, Biscon) - Steve is a member of the Business Continuity Institue and has worked as a business continuity consultant for Biscon for a number of years advising business on a range of subjects including operational risk. Do you understand the risks to your internal process and systems?
Key Policy Developments (Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce) - The Chamber will provide an update on key policy related issues that will affect the business community.
