Managing Risks on Brownfield Sites
Thu 18 May 2017, 08:15 – 09:30 BST
You and your colleagues are invited to Managing Risks on Brownfield Sites, a breakfast seminar on Thursday 18 May at 8.15am at CGL's Exeter office.
There are a range of techniques and incentives available to manage risks and costs of development on brownfield sites. Furthermore, an integrated solution to both environmental and geotechnical risks can significantly add value to projects.
Dan Matthews, Director and Steve Morgan, Principal Engineer at CGL will look into the ways that environmental risks can be managed to bring brownfield sites back into use. They will use case examples to show how difficult sites can be made viable when the right practices are used and also discuss some of the development incentives available. They will include some project examples of brownfield developments including managing risks from ground gas and asbestos.
Doors will open from 7.30am and bacon baps, pastries and refreshments will be served. The presentations will be from 8.15 - 9.00, with time afterwards for questions/discussion.
If you have any queries please email Katie Hatchley at email@example.com or call 01392 439905.
We look forward to welcoming you.
