Largely due to circumstances relating to Brexit, the pandemic, rising energy and materials costs, and their subsequent knock-on effects.
Challenging as this might be, these changes also present new opportunities for small food and drink sector businesses, who can be nimble in their response to rapidly changing market dynamics.
