Managing Social Anxiety

This workshop will help you to understand the process that leads you into, and maintains, your social anxiety. You’ll be taught techniques and strategies to challenge and regain control over your anxious thoughts, enabling you to get a healthier, more balanced outlook on life.

This workshop will be delivered online by one of our counsellors, Sari, via webcam through Blackboard Collaborate. Please note, you do not need a webcam to be able to participate. There will be an instant messaging chat which you can use to ask any questions during the workshop.

Once you have registered, you will be emailed the workshop link with your booking confirmation. Please note the link will be live from 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
