Event Details

There's going to be a clear reduction in the need for staff to do more mundane tasks and therefore a reduction in staff time overall. Research suggests that there will be a move towards a 4 day week sooner rather than later. The question is what to do about the extra time that staff have. It could just be unpaid/unused time or it could be put to use in a few ways - including social good.

CSR Leaders have an opportunity and responsibility to shape and manage the introduction of 4 day working weeks, AI and the wellness agenda within their organisations. Tackled proactively, these agendas could be harnessed to increase CSR impact, employee engagement and productivity.

This upcoming GivingForum we will run as an interactive session, drawing on recent work undertaken at GivingForce, to provide CSR Leaders with practical steps and discussion points to shape the debate and manage change within their organisation.

Guests can arrive from 3:00pm for a prompt 3:15pm start. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the time. Details about the speakers and schedule will follow!

Here's a look back at what happened last time:

About our Speakers

David Biden, CEO of Human+ has been advising organisations on how to practically apply modern technologies to their business for many years.
