Please join us for this supportive session in the beautiful setting of The Minories, where you will:-find calm through a series of guided exercises.-learn strategies to help you cope with stress and overwhelm.-find bespoke advice and support from an experienced coach.Your workshop leader: Kim RogersKim is a mindset coach, mental health first aider, NLP practitioner and dance teacher. Kim is the founder of The Butterfly Mind, which aims to equip practitioners with the tools needed to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
