Join us at our first DWB Wellbeing Group event of the New Year for a wonderful discovery of BREATH as a powerful tool to tackle stress. Did you know that you can use effective breathing to proactively reduce stress which in turn will promote your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing?

The 60 minute session will be facilitated by two Certified Transformational Breath® professionals - Melike Hussein and Allison Lindsay - to lead us through some simple yet effective breathing exercises and techniques to bring peace, calm and balance to our everyday lives. In this event, there will be a unique Transformational Breath® taster session where we will also have the opportunity to learn other powerful breathing techniques. The session will be followed by heathy snacks and drinks as always while you meet and chat with like-minded people.
