About this event
This session will cover all aspects of managing stress including supporting staff wellbeing, encouraging physical exercise, risk assessing and identifying stressors.
Once signed up to this event we will send you a Zoom invitation. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
