ABOUT THE WORKSHOP...
We all experience stress at some point of our lives, and stress has been a collective experience for most of us recently, as we've adjusted to coping with a pandemic ontop of all the other things we were originally dealing with.
We understand that stress is an inevitable part of our experience as human beings, and often we are taught how to strive more, be more, do more and have more without being taught how to handle it well - so we rely on unhelpful or maladaptive coping strategies to alleviate the stress and pressure of modern day life. Then, we get stuck in a vicious cycle of having no time to fulfil all of our commitments and no time for play and rest.
As busy individuals, we might not have the time for regular week long retreats, mini-vacations or weekly therapy sessions. So what can we do? How do we drop our stress levels whilst still getting our jobs done, taking care of ourselves and all of our other commitments?
Start by making your self-care a priority again and gift yourself 90 minutes dedicated to your personal development!

- Self-discovery on your personal 'relationship' with stress (i.e. how you perceive stress, what your personal stressors are and how stress impacts you.)
- The glamourisation of the word 'busy', what this stressful and busy lifestyle is costing you and how we can break free from the societal pressure to prioritise 'business' over our wellbeing.
- Evidence-based techniques you can implement straightaway to reduce stress and restore a healthier balance in your busy life.
