Overview

An online session exploring creating a culture of healthy conflict resolution as part of our Employee Experience series

* Please note this session is for HPMA members only**

*This session is for those in HR/OD/ Workforce roles**

Summary:

In all organisations there is conflict between people and within teams; and stress rises due to the pandemic, so does conflict. Unresolved conflict can have long lasting damage on your people and your organisation. It makes sense to have mechanisms to resolve conflict. Despite mediation, training and other interventions, early conflict resolution is something individuals struggle with, often down to fear and worry.

Creating a culture of healthy conflict resolution in your organisation reframes conflict as normal, but gives people the skills, knowledge and desire to resolve conflicts quickly, robustly and respectfully. Through developing a culture of healthy conflict resolution, you are empowering and equipping staff to improve their own experience and therefore operate with a higher level of trust. It enables people to be their best selves and do great work.

This session is for Bands 6/7 upwards
