Our speakers are Gareth Jarman – Director, Global HR Advisory and Jason Martindale - Senior Director, EMEA.
Gareth is the Director responsible for Radius’ Global HR Advisory services. The HR Advisory business has a global outlook, with the team spanning International locations, which means being able to provide both timely and up to date guidance, where required.
Gareth’s career has been built in International HR, working for such organisations as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Standard Chartered Bank, Arup and General Dynamics. Having lived and worked abroad in such locations as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the UAE, whilst working in Regional and Global roles, Gareth’s experience of working internationally, across multiple sectors, provides real-life insight and consideration for those businesses expanding their operations.
Since joining Radius, Gareth has been building more of an online Blog presence on the changes to the Workplace, and will shortly be looking to publish a Radius ‘play-book’ on International HR considerations.
Jason is Head of EMEA at Radius working with HR, Finance and Legal executives at organisations with international operations or who are expanding their operations overseas.
Jason has over 20 years international outsourcing experience, helping SME, Mid-market and FTSE100 organisations achieve their overseas initiatives and overcome the challenges of cross-border business. Jason also has experience partnering with Venture Backed and Private Equity owned portfolio companies to accomplish their growth overseas.
Furthermore, Jason regularly hosts Radius international content webinars and recently contributed to the British American Business Network about the complications of International M&A.
