Managing the Performance of Your Team is aimed at first line managers and is the fourth module in the Managing Others series.  It will provide you with:

  • Clarity on what you can do to embed a team culture where performance matters

  • Understanding and skills to set SMART objectives which link to the wider organisaitons purpose and provide real clarity to your team on how their role contributes to the organisation

  • Ability to set and prioritise workloads within this shifting environment of organiasitonal transformation

  • An appreciation and approach of how to manage the different types of performance in your team - from the high potentials to the stereotypical under-performer

  • Familiarity with how to motivate people at work 

  • A refreshed and updgraded toolkit around managing individual and team performance.
