Event Details

The world of work as we know it is changing rapidly, as HR professionals, how can you keep ahead of the game and ensure that you have a workforce fit for the future?  Our guest speakers Alan Price and Paul Holcroft from the Croner Group will assess the major developments impacting employment law this year including Brexit, the gig economy, zero hours contracts and recent major case law developments, including decisions on minimum wage and pay, reasonable adjustments. They then will take a look to the future focusing on where legislation and government policy take us in 2017, including gender pay reporting, the apprenticeship levy and changes to skilled migrant rules.  This event will be broken down into 2 parts:

Session 1: How is Brexit, the Gig Economy and case law affecting today’s workforce?

Session 2: Tomorrow’s workforce – where will legislation and government policy take us in 2017?
