Aim:
To equip HR professionals with effective strategies and tools for prioritising and managing their workload, enabling them to enhance productivity, reduce stress, and improve overall workflow efficiency in their roles.
Objectives:
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Explain the importance of effective workload management.
- Develop strategies for prioritising tasks.
- Explore tools and techniques for managing workflow.
- Design an action plan to further build on new and existing skills.
Outcome:
Participants will leave with actionable insights and a personalised plan to better navigate their daily responsibilities and optimise their time management skills.
