World renowned Sport Scientist Tim Gabbett, will be delivering his research lead evidence in a workshop that will be applicable and relevant to any practitioner working in or wishing to work in sport. His monitoring training load workshop will enable a practitioner or coach the knowledge to understand the value of each session and the reaction that comes from it over a period of time. Tim's work will enable practitioner’s and coach's to build a relationship and understanding of what is best for the athlete when monitoring is completed effectively. If you wish to develop your understanding, build relationships within departments and improve the quality of work with your athlete then attending this workshop may be just the ticket for you.
A one off addition to Tim's workshop is the inclusion of his knowledge of 'So you want to be a sports scientist?'. This is the only time that Tim will be delivering this part of the workshop within the UK!

A best practice approach to training monitoring: Load is not the problem - Its the load that you are prepared for.
