About this event
The objective of this workshop is to provide you with tools that you can use while facing anxiety-triggering situations (e.g. exams). Although occasionally unpleasant, some anxiety can actually be a helpful and motivating emotion. Our hope is that this workshop provides you with a starting point from which to integrate skills into your daily life in the service of reducing anxiety.
