About this event

Many children experience worries and fears that can get in the way of life, school work, making friends or getting to sleep. This masterclass helps parents to feel confident in spotting worries and learn ways to help your child keep worries in their place so they can start living again more freely.

Organised by

We are Clinical Psychologists passionate about promoting children's resilience, emotional well-being and mental health through research based science that we share with parents, carers, teachers and children themselves via engaging and informative workshops, masterclasses and webinars.

We are highly trained, skilled and experienced qualified Clinical Psychologists with over 20 years experience each across the NHS and private practice, as well in universities.

We pride ourselves on being able to put people of all ages at their ease despite talking about the potentially very sensitive topic of mental health. We evaluate all our interventions and love to get feedback!

In addition to being experts in our field, we are parents of preschool, primary and teenagers so we know first-hand the challenges and delight of parenting the different ages!
