Following our January seminar for property investors, we invite you to the next instalment, this time in Cheltenham, to hear from our residential property and property dispute teams, alongside our guest speaker from Crowe.
This event is tailored to established buy-to-let property owners or those considering entering the market.
Join Willans LLPs landlord and tenant specialists, Nick Southwell, Bethen Abraham and Katie Charlton, who will be providing an update on the Renters’ Rights Bill and sharing practical tips for managing your property. We will also be joined by a guest speaker, Nick Latimer of Crowe UK LLP Accountants, who will discuss capital tax planning and structuring for property, picking up on capital gains and inheritance tax issues following the latest budget, and SDLT aspects.
Following feedback from our last seminar, there will be networking opportunities, and we would like to invite you to stay after the presentation to meet with other local landlords to share your knowledge and experience. Our speakers will also be around to answer any further questions you may have.
