Israa Osman

Israa Osman is the Co-Founder and Educational Services Manager of Teach-O-Gen, an edtech company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for educational institutions and fostering sustainable partnerships both nationally and internationally. With over 16 years of experience in the education sector, she brings expertise in entrepreneurship, educational leadership, and professional development.

A graduate of the University of Manchester with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership in Practice, Israa is also a published author whose articles appear in international blogs and journals, covering topics such as leadership, curriculum development, assessment, pedagogy, and innovation. Driven by a mission to inspire, empower, and support leaders, teachers, and learners, she is committed to enabling them to reach their full potential and make a lasting positive impact.

Khaled Khedr

Khaled Khedr is a senior human resources leader with over 23 years of progressive experience, including 16 years in managerial roles across diverse sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and luxury retail. Holding an MBA and the HRMP® certification, Khaled has a strong track record in organizational transformation, training and development, performance management, and HR business partnering.

He has led large-scale HR functions and projects in dynamic environments, including managing HR activities for over 40,000 employees across three sectors and five countries at El-Araby Group. Renowned for enhancing employee engagement, improving operational efficiency, and driving change, Khaled is passionate about building positive, inclusive work cultures where people can learn, grow, and thrive.

Currently, Khaled serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Namaa Global, an HR consultancy delivering Corporate Governance, AI-powered HR solutions, talent assessments, and organizational development strategies for clients across Egypt and the Gulf region. He also continues to work as a Senior HR Consultant, providing tailored HR strategies and solutions for global organizations.
