Together with Refugees is a national coalition of 500+ organisations big and small who believe in showing compassion for people fleeing war, persecution or violence.

In December, Together With Refugees is launching a new 2-year national campaign for a fair and kind plan for refugees that works for everyone. The campaign will demonstrate that this is what the real majority of people in Britain want – and will call for an end to the hostility and divisiveness of recent years.

As this is a critical time to develop partnerships and work collaboratively together, we are excited to have the opportunity to bring together existing and potential new member organisations of the Together With Refugees coalition in the Greater Manchester region for an all-day in-person campaign workshop on Monday 11 December. Help us plan big campaign moments for 2024 - starting with Valentine's Day in February.

The campaign workshop will create a space to share ideas and plans, messaging and capacity for public campaigning and joint actions. We will be looking at strategy and delivery across the next two years to the upcoming General Election and into the first period of the next UK government, which will be crucial for our shared cause.

The workshop is for anyone who is interested in campaigning as part of the Together With Refugees coalition - those with lived experience of the asylum system, staff members and volunteers from refugee organisations, and people from other sectors such as arts institutions, faith groups, trade unions, community and NGO groups.
