Why choose this Teacher Training?
The training will offer a rounded combination of various style of yoga (from dynamic to yin & restorative) with emphasis on how to teach yoga effectively and compassionately guided by the principles of yoga philosophy.
This will include learning how to develop a creative sequence, therapeutic sequence, hands-on assist/adjustments and learning evidence-based yoga practices as well as the opportunity to learn and understand evidence-based meditation practices including mindfulness and compassion.
The training will also provide in-depth exploration into the yoga philosophies like the eight limbs principles, the kleshas - our root causes of sufferings and the vrittis - our fluctuations of the mind. From these learnings, we can then learn to recognise these imperfections and imbalances in our lives through the lenses of the subtle energise (i.e. chakras, koshas), and how we can use these elements to bring a sense of harmony and compassion in our hearts that will then manifest into our actions and behaviours.
