Isabella will guide the group through a series of techniques, games and exercises to unlock new ways of moving to help actors explore their full range of emoting through movement. Explore, connect, and meditate with this compassionate practice that invites acceptance and kindness towards the physical form.
Isabella Thompson is a performer and movement director from London. She works with qeer and consent lead practice and has an extensive background in dance, physical theatre and clowning.
Her movement work has been used touring productions such as John and Forgotten in the Land of Egypt. She also personally coaches actors in movement for auditions and for their own practice. Her work has helped people get cast at Lyric Hammersmith, National Youth Theatre and on tour.
