King Street London W6 0QL United KingdomHave you got a character you are looking to develop? Seeking a voice that is distinctive and engaging? This workshop explores how to create brilliant, compelling characters through a series of exercises exploring their inner and outer worlds.
Tom Murray is a multi-award winning playwright from Cambridgeshire. He studied for an MA in dramaturgy and writing from Goldsmiths before being awarded the position of Peter Shaffer Playwright in Residence at Trinity College, Cambridge, 2023-24. His play North Star won the RSC 37-plays award and was commended for the use of language and character. He has toured nationally with Forgotten in the Land of Egypt and his most recent play American Candy was a runner up for the Charlie Hartill Award and longlisted for the Underbelly Untapped and Flesh and Blood Stories. He is published with Methuen Drama.
