Beginner friendly: unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body in this calming practise. Perfect for easing stress and restoring balance—no experience needed.

🥗 Delicious & healthy lunch

Colourful salads, lean proteins like herb grilled chicken or teriyaki salmon, wholesome sides of veggies, sweet potato and charred corn. Plus flavourful dressings like chimichurri or miso ponzu – all made from whole food ingredients.

Do I need to be ‘spiritual’ to enjoy this?

Is this a women-only event?

Yes, it’s designed to support specifically the female body and the natural fluctuations we experience in both our wellness, and challenges we face when achieving our goals.
